Founded in September 2013, Science Riot Grrls is dedicated to providing a nurturing space for grrls and their allies, ages 6-12 years old, to play, tinker, and build in the world of STEAM. Our mission is to inspire and empower young minds, ensuring they have the opportunity to learn and explore scientific principles while bringing their creations to life.
At Science Riot Grrls, we embrace the importance of grrls in STEAM fields and recognize the invaluable contributions of their allies. Our unique curriculum, based on the Life Skills model, encourages campers to take the lead in defining their learning goals and exploring their interests.
