Cancellation requests must be made in writing. All cancellations are subject to a $50 administration fee per camp session and per child cancelled.
Camp Refunds for cancellations requested within 20 business days or 4 weeks of the start date of your child’s camp session are subject to a cancellation penalty of 50% of the total fee.
There are no refunds for cancellations requested one week before the start date of your child’s camp session.
Any refund requests are considered on an individual basis by the Camps Coordinator and the Camps Registrar. Cancellation requests due to medical reasons must be accompanied by a doctor’s note at the time of the request.
